Moore's recent book, The Opinion Makers (Beacon Press, 2008), Thomas Riehle (Partner, RT Strategies) credits Knowledge Networks' unique panel methodology – using an RDD sample frame and providing Internet service to those without it – as a solution to one of polling's largest afflictions: the issue of non-response.
