Titled, "Meet the Corporate Twitterers: Companies That Tweet Show How to Follow in Their Keystrokes," a panel of broad-ranging companies such as Six Flags and Dunkin' Brands discussed what they've learned about using Twitter.

We also garnered press in BusinesWeek's Innovation Web site section ("companies running social media sites would be wise to heed this study..."). In addition, BRANDWEEK ran our press release, and tech columnist John Dvorak cited our study in the lead sentence of his new MarketWatch column, "Social Networking: No sale!" He led with: "Social networking is not much of a marketing tool, Knowledge Networks says in a recent research report. Social networking, it seems, is about people, not products."
