Knowledge Networks Awarded 20-year Contract for Survey Services by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded Knowledge Networks a 20-year contract for conducting survey services for the Federal Government. Under this five-year base award, with three renewable five-year options, Knowledge Networks becomes a pre-approved, federally-qualified vendor within the General Services Administration Schedule System for SIN 874-3 Survey Services. By using this GSA contract (Contract No. GS-10F-0098W), Federal agencies can now conduct streamlined contracting directly with Knowledge Networks. Exercising responsible asset management, GSA delivers superior quality acquisition services to leverage the buying power of the federal government which results in best value for taxpayers and its federal customers.

Pre-approved areas of KN survey expertise covered by the GSA contract include:
- Survey planning
- Survey design and development
- Survey pre-testing/pilot testing
- Assessing the reliability and validity of data
- Planning, designing, and conducting full-scale surveys
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Preparing survey methodology reports
- Developing analytic reports and briefing stakeholders on survey results.
